MindFlow Counseling is a private practice dedicated to compassionate, growth-oriented, evidence-based psychotherapy and holistic modalities.
Follow your path to an authentic, resilient,
and wholehearted you.
I'm not accepting new clients at this time. Please feel free to check back at a later date.
I earned my Masters of Science degree from the University of Massachusetts, Boston, School of Psychology. As part of my graduate level education, I interned at the Taos Pueblo in Taos, New Mexico, and worked in the addiction and recovery program with Native American adults.
One of my specialties is trauma informed therapy. I was a primary therapist for two years in one of the most respected residential trauma programs in the United States, Life Healing Center in Santa Fe, New Mexico. I also specialize in working with infidelity on an individual basis, as well as working with Adult Children of Alcoholics and Addicts and the partners of alcoholics and addicts. I also work with top-tier executives at prominent Tech companies such as Facebook, Google, and Uber. I believe in resilience and the transformative experience of post-traumatic growth. I accept my clients 100% for who they are, and I also believe they can grow and thrive.
When not doing therapy, I love to swim, do yoga, read, listen to podcasts and spend time with my rescue Chiweenie pup. I grew up swimming competitively and trained for the Olympics for eight years and still swim just about every day!
